‘Yoga means “UNION” which means it brings you to the ultimate reality’-said by Sadhguru. According to the ancient philosophy, by performing yoga postures it brings peace and positivity in everyone’s life.

Yoga is very beneficial to everyone.It promotes health in emotional,mental and physical aspects.One should always perform yoga in early morning.

It is also performed for self healing, self awareness,increasing in concentration power.It is the incredible gift from our ancient generations to current generations.


3. STAGES OF YOGA

There are eight stages of yoga.Yama,Niyama,Asana,Pranayama,Pratyahara,Dharana,Dhyana,Samadhi.

6. PANCHKARMA TREATMENT

Panchkarma is ayurveda’s treatment which purifies and detoxifies the body.It means ‘five therapies’ which eliminates toxins from body.These five toxins are Vamana,virechana, Nasya,Basti and Raktamoskshana./p>

8. BENEFITS OF PRANAYAMA EXERCISE

Breathing exercise in yoga is known as Pranayama yoga.This exercise is one of the eight limbs of yoga. Pranayama means controlling the prana(energy, breath, or life force) so that a person can maintain a healthy life despite of circumstances or weather conditions.There are few exercises which are part of pranayama i.e.,

  1. Three-Part Breath – Dirga Pranayama
  2. Equal Breathing – Sama Vritti Pranayama
  3. Alternate Nostril Breathing – Nadi Sodhana
  4. Cooling Breath – Shitali Pranyama

9. HOW TO START DOING YOGA

It is most important thing that how to start exercise.So first one is Warm up yourself with light cardio

Then perform every exercise step by step.Do not eat anything before the exercise

Do not take bath immediately after workout.Perform workout 2-3 times a week.
