1. Be balanced

Always eat a balanced vegetarian diet and also follow a balanced routine as well as balanced behavior, have a wok life balance, have a balanced sleep routine in daily life.

Never drink water immediately after a meal.Always drink water 1 hour before and 1 hour after meals.

Follow the principle of having curd in morning, buttermilk in afternoon after lunch and turmeric milk in night.This process will improve your immune system.
